This blog is inspired by the recent cable cut on SEA-ME-WE submarine cable system which affects Internet and long-distant voice communications to various Middle-East countries, India and Pakistan.

No Google. No YouTube. No MSN/ICQ/AIM. No Email (including GMail). No online shopping. No Amazon. No E-Bay. No MMORPGs. No sports results. I know there’s more, but these are bad enough….
Work
Can’t google. Can’t do research online. Can’t e-commerce. Can’t check bank account. Can’t wire money. Can’t buy/sell/monitor foreign stock markets over Internet. Can’t video-conferencing. Can’t skype. Can’t receive/send emails to foreign clients. Basically, work ceases, and the only person getting worked up is your boss… hahaha
